No, Willie Nelson is not dead. 

It appears that the musician is still alive and is doing fine. There must have been rumors about his death. However, it is a complete hoax as nothing as such has been disclosed by any of his family members.

Willie Nelson is married to his wife Annie D’ Angelo. 

The couple got married on Sept. 16, 1991, at Nashville’s St. Alcuin Church. However, she is not his first wife. The artist has been married four times and has seven children. Firstly he was married to Martha Mathews from 1952 to 1962.  They shared three children together namely Lana, Susie, and Willie “Billy” Hugh, Jr.  

A year later after his divorce from his first wife, he got hitched to Shirley Collie in 1963 which ended in 1971 after Collie found a bill from the maternity ward of a Houston hospital charged to Nelson and Connie Koepke for the birth of Paula Carlene Nelson. The same year, he and Koepke exchanged their vows. Together they also have another daughter named Amy Lee Nelson.  Like his previous marriage, this one couldn’t last long enough and they got divorced in 1988. 

His current wife Annie D’ Angelo appears to be the perfect match for him as they have been growing stronger since their marriage in 1991. Further, the couple has two sons; Lukas Autry and Jacob Micah.

Willie Nelson’s age at the present is 89 years old

He was born to his parents Myrle Marie and Ira Doyle Nelson in 1933. He celebrates his birthday every year on April 29 with his friends and family.  According to his birth month, his zodiac sign is Taurus. 

Further, the musician and his sister Bobbie were raised by their grandparents. They were both taught singing back in Arkansas and started their career in music.

Where Is He Now? Health Update 

Willie Nelson currently resides in Maui, Hawaii with several celebrity neighbors. 

Although he had survived a few health issues in past, he seems to be in good health and spirit as of 2022. By January 2021, he had received his Covid vaccine and also encouraged fans to follow suit.
