Scott Smith, a father from Loudoun County, Virginia, has been labeled a “domestic terrorist” for speaking out against his daughter’s rape.

He was dragged to the ground and arrested at a Loudoun Country School Board meeting on June 22, and became a symbol of furious parents confronting school authorities.

As per Scott’s statement, he was attempting to raise awareness of his daughter being sexually attacked in a school restroom.’ 

Further, a video of his wife shouting, ‘My child was raped at school, and this is what happens!’ appeared to back up his claim.

Scott Smith’s daughter and wife’s identities are not revealed as of now.  He states, his daughter was assaulted on May 28 at Stone Bridge High School by a boy ‘dressed in a skirt.’ ‘To get inside the toilets,’ he took advantage of transgender regulations.

But before Mr. Smith‘s arrest, Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) Superintendent Scott Ziegler claimed ‘the predator transgender student or individual just does not exist.

He further stated, “we don’t have any record of attacks occurring in our toilets.”

Scott’s attorney Lancaster on the other hand confirmed to the news site a kid charged with two charges of forcible sodomy, one count of anal sodomy, and one count of forceful fellatio in connection with an event that day at the school.

The records, however, are sealed since the suspect is a minor. The matter is still pending in court.
